Called a couple weeks ago to get a quote replacing a garage door and opener and we are still waiting. Good thing we are not holding our breath. My son had to call twice and was told the email was already sent. If that is the case, still waiting. Such poor customer service. Never again will we call you. I didn't even want to give a one star because certainly you don't deserve it and unfortunately it was required.

Called at 7 am and repair completed by 10am the same day. Unbelievable! Garage door not only works, but opens and closes so quietly.

Thank you for coming out and fixing the broken spring on our garage door. It was so nice that he even did it on New Year's Eve! Much appreciated!

Our Torsion spring broke over the weekend so we called first thing Monday morning hoping to get a repair made sometime later in the week. The technician that we spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly and said someone would be out by mid day.
We had an appointment so we couldn’t be home when the service technician came.
When we returned home the repair was made, the charge was very reasonable and all completed by 1:00p

The new garage doors really changed the look of our house! We love them!
